Préparation
Préchauffez le four à 160 °C.
Hachez grossièrement les noix de cajou et réservez.
Mélangez le reste des ingrédients dans un saladier, pour obtenir une pâte ferme.
Mettez cette pâte dans un moule à cake ou un plat à four et parsemez de noix de cajou. Faites dorer pendant 50 minutes env. au four.
